Cancellation Policies:
To cancel a reservation without charge please send written notice via fax or e-mail within 24 hours prior to arrival date before midday/noon (local time)
Penalty for late cancellation or no show : we'll debit your credit card of 1 night/room charge.
In case of no-show rooms are not guaranteed for the following nights (even if booked)
In case of early departure, penalty of one night stay can be applied.

Reservation Policies:
The rate "ONLY BOARD" NOT includs the breakfast service, if yuo want breakfast service yuo must pay extra.
Credit Card is only requested  to guarantee the reservation. Anyway the hotel can perform a pre-authorisation check on the credit card as an extra guarantee. The amount may correspond to the price of one night or to the total cost of the stay.
Payment can be done with the same credit card shown on the reservation, another credit card or by cash. Please inform the hotel upon arrival.
If payment will be cash, the hotel may ask for it to be done at check-in.
