What is included in the room rate?
Room rates include : car park, Wi-Fi Internet access in the whole Hotel for the first 30 minutes of usage and taxes.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and CartaSi, American Express and Diners Club Card.
Is it safe to pay by credit card?
Since all personal data are encrypted to keep it protected, the hotel room reservation process is very safe. Your credit card details (number and expiry date) are required to guarantee your reservation. The hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card prior to arrival by pre-authorizing the cost of one night stay, so as to guarantee the booking in case of late cancellation or no show. Reservations made with credit cards that are incorrect, invalid or have missing details will not be confirmed – and therefore not guaranteed.
How can I cancel/modify my reservation?
All reservations made through our website, except special promotions, can be changed or cancelled with no penalty up to 4pm of the day before arrival. Please always refer to the individual cancellation policy which applies to a specific offer/promotion.
What happens in case of no show, early departure, late cancellation or changes?
In case of no show, early departure and/or change/cancellation after 4pm of the day before the arrival date, a penalty of 1 night stay will be charged to the credit card given at the booking time. For all other offers, please refer at all times to the individual cancellation policy.
What time is check in/check out?
Check in time is 2pm on the day of arrival and check out time is 12pm. If you have any special requests, please notify our staff beforehand- they will be delighted to help you.
Do you have parking facilities? What is the cost?
Private parking is exclusively available to all our guests free of charge.
Do you provide baby cribs in the room? What is the cost?
Yes, when you travel with a baby, crib can be arranged for a fee.
Do you offer accessible services?
The Hotel offers two Accessible Rooms equipped with every comfort. If you have any special requirements, please contact our staff.
When is breakfast served?
Our rich buffet breakfast, to reserve while booking online or directly in hotel, is served every morning between 04.30 am and 10.00am and it is served in our Giotto Room.
Can you accommodate guests with special dietary needs?
In order to meet the special dietary needs of our guests we offer organic and gluten-free products.
Does the Titian Inn Venice Airport provide internet access?
Wireless internet access is available in the rooms and throughout the Hotel and is free of charge.

Do you allow pets in the Hotel?
Only small pets are allowed and they are free of charge. Our staff will be happy to assist you with any special request.
