The Titiann Inn Hotel & Residence is located in the Venetian hinterland, in a village called Tessera, at just 900 metres from the international Marco Polo Airport in Venice.
The hotel is located a mere 12 km from the historical centre of Venice, it is close to the important motorway junctions at Mestre, one of the most important intersections on the national territory.
An excellent public transport service near the hotel means it is possible to reach the Venice-Mestre railway station in just 20 minutes.
From the motorway
Coming from the A4 (Milan - Venice)- Leave the motorway at the Mestre turn-off.
- Follow the MESTRE by-pass (follow directions to the airport (AEROPORTO-A27)
- After about 6 km., still following directions to the airport (AEROPORTO), turn right taking the SS14 Triestina after about
- 300 metres you will see the airport on your left and just 900 metres further on, the Titian Inn.
- Follow the free motorway route after the Quarto d'Altino (A4) and Mogliano Veneto (A27) turn-off until you reach the Airport access road
- Turn right and take the SS14 Triestina
From the airport
- When you come to the end of the airport road (Viale Galileo Galilei), turn left and you will come to the Hotel 900m further down.
From the airport by bus
- Take bus no. 5 outside the airport terminal building
- Get off at the ‘Tessera’ stop (the second one)
- Walk back about 200 metres and you will find the Titian Inn on the right.

From the Train Station
- Take bus no. 15 opposite Venezia-Mestre station
- Get off at the ‘Tessera’ stop (in a small square with a church)
- Walk back about 200 metres and you will find the Titian Inn on the left.
